The story of Natural Plus USA is one of faith, sacrifice, and perseverance. The brand was founded in Brooklyn, New York in 2015 by Nallely Franco, with a dream to bring high-quality, natural Dominican hair care products to the community. What started as a small vision quickly became a mission fueled by determination.

In the beginning, the journey was far from easy. As a single mother at the time, Nallely faced many challenges while building the business from the ground up. She would take trains across the city just to personally deliver products to customers. Many times, people canceled last minute or made her wait, causing her to lose both time and money. Despite the setbacks, she refused to give up.

There were moments when she didn’t even have enough money to pay for a babysitter, so she would bring her 8-year-old son with her while making deliveries. Together, they traveled from place to place, carrying products and holding onto a dream bigger than their circumstances. Those long days, sacrifices, and struggles became the foundation of the brand.

Through consistency, faith, and belief in the quality of her products, Natural Plus USA began to grow. Today, the brand represents more than just hair care — it represents resilience, hard work, and the power of never giving up. Natural Plus USA continues to honor its roots by providing effective, natural solutions that help customers feel confident, empowered, and proud of their hair journey.
